| |
Sub-Control |
| |
General Ledger |
| |
Subsidiary Ledger |
| |
|
|
| All transactions will go directly to the subsidiary ledger. General Ledger Account having no subsidiary ledger will have only one subsidiary ledger as default. General Ledger and other two higher levels are for summarization only. The Trial Balance, Receipts and Payments Statement will comprises either the GL Account Head or the SL Account Head. On the other hand the Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement and Balance Sheet will comprises only GL Heads. |
| |
| The additional level sub-subsidiary ledger heads will produce sub-subsidiary ledger and schedules only. Subsidiary Ledger having sub-subsidiary heads summarizes the sub-subsidiary accounts only. All transaction will go directly to the sub-subsidiary A/Cs in this case. This level can be used for party ledger. |
