Lot Tracking is optional in AccLine. If user wants to track lot wise stock and maintain lot wise issue and receive then he should maintain the lot all over the system, in either case all things related to lot will be hide in the system and does not need to concern about lot. However, one can maintain lot in any point of the life cycle. In that case all of the previous records go to only one lot “01”. User can't back to non-lot state afterwards without the help of system provider.

| Bindings to create Lot: When the system will get a new lot in the above processes it will prompt the user and should asked for the date of the lot. This Lot Date will be used to serialized lots afterwards. |

| All transactions/movement of products will track the lot automatically or manually . But user can't issue excess quantity of a product in a lot in any case. |

| Cost price of the item may vary lot wise. Lot wise stock can be prepared in creating Stock List or Item Status Report . |

| User will get an option box in each transaction screen named “Lot Maintain”. In choosing “manually” a new control (Combo box) of lot will appear bellow the item with the lots having quantity in stock of the selected item. |

| In ACCLINE Method of Valuation is maintained by maintaining the lot. |

| Maintaining Lot: |
| Item receive or issue will added or deduct quantity from lot wise stock automatically or manually. In case of auto, item will be taken from the lot coming as per LIFO or FIFO whatever it is. In either case Lot can be selected manually. |
